These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glow Works website and the painting and decorating services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Glow Works provides residential and commercial painting, decorating, cabinet finishing, exterior work, and related services in the Dublin area. The scope of any project will be agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted following an on-site survey or if the scope of work changes. Any variation will be agreed with you before proceeding.
A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote. Payment terms, including any deposit, will be set out in your quote or invoice. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Costs already incurred (such as materials purchased specifically for your project) may be chargeable.
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care and to a professional standard. If you have any concerns about completed work, please contact us promptly so we can put things right.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited under law.
All content on this website, including text, images, and the Glow Works name and logo, is the property of Glow Works and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Our website may link to third-party sites (such as our social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
